I made a reservation today around 9:40 am for an appointment for 4 people at 4:40 pm for each of us to make 1 bracelet. We arrived right on time to the booth at Disney Springs to check in for our appointment.
The woman at the register looked extremely confused and had no idea we had booked a reservation. Nothing was set up, she explained absolutely nothing about the process and was rude the entire time. She had said over and over that they will most likely be closing down and she would just give us a full refund due to the weather.
At the time it was sunny out and if she had everything prepared and explained the process we could have easily made our bracelets and been gone before they closed down. She kept rushing us and was rude about the fact that we didn’t know exactly what we wanted to make, even though she never once explained the process.
My sisters and I were extremely excited about making bracelets together and we all mutually felt this was a horrible experience and weren’t treated well during the short encounter we had with the lady at the booth. I unfortunately didn’t get the woman’s name who ruined this experience for us, but do know she had short, red hair and glasses.
Once we all decided on what bracelets we wanted to make, she said “sorry we’re closing, you can get your money refunded or come back later, but I have no idea when that will be”. We’re here on vacation so coming back at a later date isn’t an option so we opted for the full refund. After she told me this, I asked if I could just buy one of the pre-made bracelets so we at least didn’t walk away empty handed to which she said very rudely “NO, WERE CLOSING! ITS AN EMERGENCY!”. Even though I still had to wait in line to get the refund, so adding a bracelet would have added NO extra time or affected them closing.
Overall we were super excited for this experience but were left extremely disappointed with everything. It was unorganized and again, you could tell this particular employee just didn’t want to work and her rudeness towards us (EVEN THOUGH WE MADE A RESERVATION HOURS BEFORE) left a very bad taste...
Read moreI was in Orlando last weekend for my birthday and I was really excited to make some custom bracelets to celebrate! However, I decided not to make any after the experience I had with the staff. No one greeted me as I was looking around, but they greeted the other ladies who walked up behind me. I went over to the area where 3 staff members were and stood patiently waiting to ask a question, but no one acknowledged me. As soon as another lady walked up next to me, one of the girls immediately said “hi! How are you? How can I help you?” She then passed her off to another one of the girls working to check her out. The original girl then looked at me and still didn’t speak but then gave me a weird look. I said hello and then asked my question about making a custom bracelet. However, the damage was done. I don’t patronize places that don’t provide good customer service to everyone or those that don’t treat all customers equally. It’s actually ironic that a company that promotes kindness would have employees that were so blatantly...
Read moreI will start with the positives. First, the bracelet seems to be crafted well. Second, my wife likes how it looks. Third, it did not take long before it was ready.
Now with the negatives. First, the workers did not seem like they cared that we were there. When we got there to pick up the bracelet, they were talking to each other even after they saw us there. They seemed to care more about catching up with each other than making sure their customers leave with a great positive experience. Second, the presentation was abysmal. They just handed the bracelet, with no bag. They charged more than the exact same bracelets at World of Disney, and those come with bags. We are very disappointed with the overall experience, being charged more, and will not do it again. If we decide to get another bracelet from this company, we will either get it for $20 cheaper at World of Disney or...
