I started a little Anniversary thing with my husband, purchasing from this beautiful jewelry brand. I must say shopping at this store with Jessica has been such a delightful experience. No matter how big or small the purchase she makes it feel special each and every time. One of my anniversary leather style bracelet came undone. And she was able to ship it back to Spain and get me the exact an replacement. Even though is not sold in the stores any more. So thank you Jessica for making things special for us each and every time.
May 2024 Wanted to update this review because allot of people have read it. Fast forward Every single bracelet has broken. The one I mentioned on this review turned out to be the worse one. The leather piece broke looks like it was cheaply made. The leather thread didn’t go all the way through the silver casing seems to be the case. And on top of it all is not even real silver the silver medals have rubbed against each other and now it looks copper. When I revisited the store there was nothing they could do for me. They explained that not all their jewelry is 100% silver is a silver overlay. I never knew that. I was super bummed out to hear that and I no longer will purchase from this brand again. This woman ruined my day and it hurt to see someone who works for Disney can be so rude to a customer , she definitely lost business this day all I wanted to was to try on some pieces but as soon as I tried to put on the first piece she snatched it right out my hand and Insisted that I could not try on jewlery due to Covid keep in mind there was another customer trying on jewlery and she did not say anything I am not the type of woman to cause a scene but I respected her wishes all I can say was that she had short black hair I could not tell you the name because she did not have a name tag but if this is the woman who is running this store consider getting a new employee as soon as possible this was definitely not the Disney experience I thought it would be...
Read moreOrdered a bracelet and a necklace, the bracelet had discoloration and some scratches on the clasp. Trying to get a hold of these people is a pain, the phone # in N.Y does not work. Their email are automated, no human. Their chat is a joke, spoke to Idis and she basically ignored me, gave up after trying to connect with her. Trying to send it back for replacement is also a joke as they want you to pay shipping even tho I sent them a photo showing the damage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I bought some uno when I was in Spain no issues. I think these people send you returned item, or these are not real Uno but fakes. You will have better luck buying from Dillards. Unode50 terrible...
