Misunderstanding but no apology on their part. Lady said people usually dont leave but also said it was an hour and a half wait. She continued with giving us a time to return saying we would be good. We returned (even earlier) and was told they came, waited, left and she had no idea when we could go. Pushed that she said we shouldn't go, but took no responsibility in the fact she did change her mind and gave us a time to return. She also said we were group 4 with 5 people, but we were actually group 2 with 4 people, so she was so mixed up she may have even mixed us up with another group. The ride itself is so unique and beautiful- they squeeze you through some amazing rock formations and the horses just take it all in stride. Our last tour guide had been doing the tours for over 20+ years and was super knowledgeable and friendly. When he found out I'd been coming since I was a kid, he gave me one of his own professional photographs he'd taken of the horses walking through one of the rock formations on the tour- I will cherish that, and his generosity, forever.
