We went to the Titanic room and overall enjoyed our experience.
The room was not sensory friendly. We asked multiple times when we first got in the room if they could lower the volume and were told no even after we explained the impact on our guest with a sensory processing disorder. The volume had a big impact on our experience, but will not be an issue for most groups.
The escape room itself had clever puzzles albeit we missed the magnet activated puzzle action and continued to look for other uses for the solved puzzle until our guide redirected us.
Our guide was Andrew. He was friendly and helpful. Our group had mixed reviews of having the guide in the room. Those new to escape rooms liked it and those with more experience did not care for it. He mentioned why he was cleaning up completed puzzles several times which seemed to interrupt the flow of room, but without him there we would not have realized we had solved the physical puzzles. We did not escape, but Andrew made the group feel proud of how far...
Read moreWe had a great time! We paid for the private experience (Twister), which was great for our group of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. The cluemaster stays in the room with you, which we had never experienced in other escape rooms, but ended up really liking. She was fun, but didn’t give us help unless we asked, which is what we wanted. This is definitely great for families- our kids could really help out and be involved in the process, but it wasn’t too easy either. I would say kids as young as 5 could help (give them the task of finding things), as long as there are some older kids and adults to piece things together. Everything was clean and felt well organized- if we were getting behind, the clue master would kindly hint that maybe it was time we asked for a clue (you get 3). We have probably done about 10 escape rooms and this was definitely in the top 2 for being accessible for the whole family. We’d definitely try the Titanic room when we are back...
Read moreGreat experience and fun for the whole family. We did the circus escape room and even my 4 year old daughter had a blast helping out with the puzzles. The circus one is geared towards families with children 10 and under and it was still pretty challenging. My 6 year old also found it entertaining. The circus room gives you 30 minutes to escape but they have 2 other rooms that are 60 minutes and designed for older crowds. Naomi was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area. Bonus, you get a photo with fun props at the end!
Update: We returned in April 2024, they had a new option geared towards small children - Mission Mars. It was a lot of fun! We made it out of the room this time. The 30 minute time is just the right time for smaller children. My kids were 8 and 6. The riddles and puzzles were a lot of fun to solve. Very cool...
