Show was ok. Yes just ok. They just rehash other popular songs like thriller and have regular people dance in costume. The singing isnât bad but is on par with someone good at local karaoke. They are not professional high level singers. None of them.
They put you through a funnel of sales pitches which is annoying. They start with taking your picture. We had this woman with platform shoes approach us and want $30 something dollars for a picture. We said no and the woman stomped off and appeared annoyed.
They several times over try to get you to do things like scan a QR code so they can get your info. They ask more than once during the show before and after for reviews. They try the pitty thing how the place is owned by a farmer to guilt you into leaving a nice review and suggest theyâre financially struggling like a panhandler would.
Even tho itâs a show and dinner you pay up front they still verbally tell everyone to still tip the person who carries out your food. So tired of people who expect huge sums of money for doing nothing but offering a npc experience and expecting 20%+. They shouldnât even ask.
Food was good enough. We had chicken, corn, and I believe they were potatoes diced into small pieces. Followed by a cheap looking brownie. It was disappointing to not have any fruit choice. Oh they did include a basket of dinner rolls as well. Drinks were all pricey, $25. They do say you can have all you want to eat but we found it difficult to get the server to bring more. Itâs a similar experience at the Paul Bunyan resteraunt jf youâve been there. They say all you can eat but find ways to not follow through on it. Like the server who wants a tip not being available.
I had multiple men workers talking to my wife and ignore me completely.
Itâs a cash grab behind a very standard experience at the dells. Itâs ok if youâre in the area but itâs not worth going out of...
Read moreThe Monster Mash Spooktacular Dinner Show was an amazing way to end a great weekend. Me and my now fiance came to the Wisconsin Dells on Thursday to start a fun weekend away to relax and for me to pop the big question. On our over 7 hour drive we looked up fun things to do here and coming up with a list. One of the things that sparked our interest was the Sneaky Pete's Wild West Dinner Show. We thought well if we have nothing else to do why not give that a try. We didn't go to Sneaky Pete's Wild West Dinner on the first night we explored instead. Than to our pleasant surprise the show changed to the Monster Mash Spooktacular Dinner Show. We than decide we were much more interested in seeing it. So we decided on the last day of our stay here in the Wisconsin Dells to come see the show after I proposed, and got the big yes. It was honestly such a great way to end the weekend! The food was great, the chicken was falling off the bone, the potatoes were crunchy on the outside while hot and tender on the inside, the corn and green beans were delicious, and the brownie dessert was a sweet way to end the course. Adding in the final touches of the unique fun drinks like the vampire IV blood bag, to the glass shaped like a literal cowboy boot, or the dynamite daiquiri with a sparkler coming out of it. The staff was quick, super friendly, attentive, and an all around amazing time. Which then leads into the show which was truly a delight and a ton of fun! It brought a huge smile and lots of laughs from my fiance and that's all that matters to me! So thank you to the staff, waiters, the cast, and everyone else that made the dinner and show such a memorable time and...
Read moreOur family loved most of the show. Dinner was good but meat was dry.... My reason for giving 3 stars is because the unnecessary song where the girls on stage wore the shortest shorts and all that was on top was a bra. My kids literally said.."What...?!" It was just cringe at a family dinner show honestly. Besides that the show was great. Just didnt think I'd need to shield their eyes when the girls were shaking their butts. It really threw off the whole show for us. We talked it over after in the car and agreed this is the reason why we won't be returning. Cost for 3 adults and 3 children was over $470. They didn't include tip so we must've heard the man over the mic tell everyone at least 4 times that a tip of $7 per person is reccomended. It was also posted on the screen above incase anyone didnt hear him. So come with extra it is expected outside of your total costs when checking tickets out. The popcorn was $10 and they threw out most of it anyways. The show was so entertaining, but when you have kids it's hard to get them to sit for 3+ hours so a halfshow or break would've been nice. I would've given another star if it werent for seeing several womens butts on stage falling out of their shorts and in front...
