Geek Squad — Local services in Lake Geneva

Not happy with the service at all. I brought in a laptop with battery that would not charge (but previously a best buy employee googled and told me necessary information to buy from Amazon) They told me I needed a new hard drive that would be either $60, $70 or $90. I agreed to $90, the kid starts hitting me up for a $250 deal that's good for 1 year or a "one time fix" for $150. I chose the $150, paid $158. 38 after tax. Came in 2 days to pickup my laptop and they charge me another $98 for my old hard drive . So I basically had to pay the $250 anyways but they don't have to give me the 1 year warranty/coverage.
