VERY Disappointed! HORRIBLE customer service! Went in and found 2 pairs of $39.00 each Cinch Jeans and 2 $53.00 each Cinch long sleeve shirts. Ask the counter help to hold the items while I shopped for boots. They told me that was not a problem. Went to the counter 1/2 hour later with my $200.00 boots and they had put my held items back in stock. I had to go relocate the items with no help from the floor workers and one of the pair of jeans had been sold and there was only one pair of the size that I needed. My issue was my husband purchased a hat and is a veteran, it's okay that he was not offered the military discount , however on the receipt was a $5 coupon towards next purchase . (Which I did not know) I then proceeded to the counter and purchased him a wallet , showed cashier his Id got his discount and she circles on receipt , on your next purchase you get $5 off ! Read morePaid $200 to order some work boots to be delivered in 3 to 7 days or so. 2 hours later I looked at the email they sent and noticed the guy had ordered me the wrong size. I called to cancel the order and was informed it's too late because the orders already "in processing". Like ok? Get it out of processing.. nope can't do it. So now I have to wait a week for the wrong boots to come in. Then they can cancel it. Then wait 3 to 5 to get my money back in my account. So I guess I'm out that 200 for at least a week.
