I wish I could rate them with zero stars. Horrible experience! Long story short, they were supposed to do some custom work for an engagement ring. Paul Ward and Jamie Mata told me it would be 4-6 weeks, reassured me "that it was no problem", "your sister is like family", "we will get you taken care of". They sure made a lot of promises. About 3 weeks in, we hadn't heard anything from them, so my fiancé calls them to get an update. Jamie told her "to please bring the diamond back in we need to get the measurements again", well the first day we talked to them they took measurements. My fiancé took the diamond back in for them to get the measurements again. Another week passes, still haven't heard anything, fiancé calls again, Jamie told her "our c.a.d. guy's wife just had a baby, he's a little backed up right now but we're working on it". We kept giving them the benefit of doubt and trusted their word they would make it right, our mistake! So the 6th week is here, the time they said it would take to make it, but we don't have a ring, we don't have a mold, hell we don't even have a rendering of what the ring will look like. My fiancé calls them, gets same response about the c.a.d. guy. (I guess he's the only c.a.d. guy around). Well this goes on for another 6 weeks, not one time did they ever call and give any updates, my fiancé had to initiate the phone calls. A few weeks goes by, Jamie calls my fiancé and tells her "we picked up a ring that's like the one you want us to make, come on in and look at it". My fiancé goes in and the ring is nothing like she wanted (remember mention of this ring). Jamie once again tells her "our c.a.d. guy is the hold up but we're going to get your ring done". She tells Jamie that she will be making a trip back home in a few weeks and it would be nice to have a ring to show her family and friends, he agrees with her and tells "he'll try to have it ready by then". A week or two passes, still no calls from them, my fiancé calls to get an update, Jamie tells her "we'll have it ready for your trip". She asked him if she could see the drawing of the ring and he gave her some excuse why he couldn't but he reassured her it'll be ready. The week of the trip, she calls to get an update, once again he tells her the same pack of lies as before, still can't produce the drawings, but tells her it'll be ready for her trip in a couple of days. Well two days before her trip she calls, Jamie tells her "your ring is on the machine and it'll be ready later today", she asked him if she could she the drawings, he still couldn't produce them, once again lied about it. So she goes in later that day to look at "Her ring they made", it's the same ring mentioned above that they bought because they thought she would like it! She was angry and hurt she was going back home without a ring to show off to her family, friends and that they lied about making the ring that they had already purchased. We had enough of the lies and run arounds from Kenzie & Co. and Jamie Mata that we took our business elsewhere!
Not one time did they offer an apology! All they had to do was tell me they weren't capable of handling the job!
A good salesman under promises and over delivers, A bad salesman over promises and under delivers, Horrible salesmen like Paul Ward and Jamie Mata OVER promise and NEVER deliver!
Buyers beware: Stay Away From This Business! Very unprofessional!

Read moreThe work I have in my possession is nice. Back on Dec 28th I took my wedding ring in to be soldered back together with prongs and new birthstone settings. Finally got it on Feb 1st to have the stone fall out. Took it in. They "beefed" up the set and replaced the stone. Feb 2nd, the stone fell out again, took it back with a couple of days before it's ready. Some excuse every time. With a couple more days. I realize they are busy, But I'm starting to get Pissed! Not to mention the emerald they broke the 1st...
