It was so hard to not give them 1 or zero stars (if that possible). The only reason I gave any stars was because Leslie was so awesome. Initially Karlizza helped me and was horrible. I told her about an issue I am having where calls coming in while I am on the other line are telling people my number is disconnected. She looked at a couple of things on my phone and told me I needed to call the ATT help desk and that I would need to wait at least an hour before I talked to a person.
She clearly didn't want to help me. Then I told her I needed a new iphone 15 for my son. She didn't let me know there were different versions. I was supposed to purchase the pro. I didn't realize it until the box was already open and saw that there were only 2 lenses on the back. She told me I would have to pay $55 to get the pro because she had already opened it. She asked if I had WiFi at home. When I told her yes she said "then you can go set the rest up at home". I told her I was not comfortable doing this and asked if she could please help. It was obvious that she didn't want to. We ran into an issue with transferring the cloud data over. She said I would have to call the cloud to resolve it because they weren't part of ATT. I kept saying that didn't sound right. We could clearly see that he had backed his phone up on the cloud (we have a family plan). She argued that it wasn't an automatic backup, that you have to manually set it up and that we must not have done this because nothing transferred over. This was despite the fact I found on my file that it showed a file size to transfer. She then started talking very slow to me (as if I had a learning disability) and kept saying it was like buying a car and someone makes different parts that you would have to go somewhere else to fix it. It was extremely humiliating. She obviously didn't want to help me and kept trying to get rid of me. I asked if I could speak to someone else to help me. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that she had been doing this over 10 years and that I just had to call the Cloud. I had to ask again for someone to help me. That's when Leslie walked by and said she would come help. Leslie figured out that we were using my son's iPad cloud id and not the phone one. Read moreThe staff in this AT&T store is horrible!!! They don't take the time to explain the plans thoroughly and when you have a question it's very obvious that they want you out of there ASAP. I needed someone to explain the phone plans along with the Apple watches but I am extremely disappointed that I didn't receive the help I needed. When I arrived there I requested help but I was told that I could look up the phone plans myself on the iPads that are on display but hey, I'm gonna need more help because I have questions. If I could give zero stars I would because one star is being generous on this review. I was also told that there was a 35 minute wait time when I had arrived to the store. There were others ahead of me so I asked if the store happened to close and there were still customers inside would I still receive the help??The salesperson mentioned that they would "try" to get to me rather than "will get to me"....I was planning on purchasing 4 lines and some watches but now I will be going elsewhere. When I asked about the watches and asked about the differences, the salesperson just pointed to where they were but the salesperson didn't take the time to explain or walk over to the area with me. When I turned around the salesperson was already asking another person if they needed help. This should not be occurring because everyone that walks in should be receiving all the help they should receive until the customer is satisfied. I was basically pressured so I left the store. If the staff does not want to explain or take the time with the customers they obviously should not be working there. There are many others willing to take their place. Read moreI am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service at this store. I went in, as I have multiple iPhones for work, I needed one activated and the guy literally was " I can't do this here's a phone number this is what you're going going to need" I proceeded to take the phone number that he's written down for me to my car with all of my phones and in two minutes I(the person who loathes Iphones) have my phone activated but that still does not help me with transferring the information from the old phone to the new one. So I proceeded back inside after being told that they should have cables that will connect from my old phone to my new phone and be able to transfer contacts, messages, photos what have you for my old phone to my new phone. I literally walk in, second gentleman greets me says we don't have those anymore we aren't them back a year ago, go to Best Buy- while longingly watching the 1st guy and another male worker sitting on a couch watching a football game.
