Absolute trash. Ordered our food online, to be picked up curbside. Waited outside for a good long 20 minutes until the food finally came out, when food got to us half of the order was missing and we asked the girl if that was it, she replied with a yes. After telling her that no that isn't it and several other items were missing she went back inside to grab the rest. Meanwhile the gentleman that was parked next to us in the #2 spot was heated aswell telling the girl that he was there alot longer then we were and was wondering where his order was. Girl goes in and comes out with the rest of our order and the gentleman's order, he had a clear view of inside the restaurant and could clearly see our orders were just sitting on the counter for the past 20 minutes or so. We needless to say we only live a mile or two down the road, when we got our food out everything was cold the fries were limp. Ordered 2 salads and they gave us what look like 1 tbsp of dressing for each salad. I wanted to take everything back and either have everything made fresh or get my money back, but it seemed like more trouble than it's worth, anyways I will not be going back. I would give this a no star, for piss poor experience and quality. But Google forces you to have atleast 1 star to post a review, definelty not deserving of 1 star. Read moreI had a minor incident.. I ordered my food. So i waited like my co workers. The place started to get full. So my co workers got there food. Im thinking i should get my next. But than i noticed people who got there later. Were getting there food already. So i got up and told the Manager. I been waiting for my food for awhile. He told me its coming out right now. So i went back to sit down. A couple minutes later my food was brought too me. One of the workers apologize for the waiting. I told her i understand y'all busy. So i was getting up to refill my Sweet Tea. Which is the best Tea. The Manager came up too me. And gave me a free Apple Pie. And told me sorry for the wait. I told him i understand y'all got busy. Alot of customers were coming in. I think that was nice of him to do that. I could've been a rude customer. But i was raised to have manners. This Whataburger takes care of there customers. Read moreGirl at the window was very rude, she asked what we had on our order and we started explaining what we had , she cut us off and tried to give us someone else’s order, when we told her that’s not what we had than she caught an attitude and said “well that’s you said” if she had let us finish telling her what we had she would have known our order was more than what she was trying to give. She walked way, came back and said well what did you have. Again we start telling her what we had,she starts yelling it across the room to who knows who cuts us off again,and says yeah whatever I’ll go find it. Closes the windows comes backs asks us Again to ask what we had! We ask for our money back, and yes my husband did get rude when he asked for our money back but it was well deserved.
