Update: Manufacturer emailed again doubling down on the store was to handle it regardless if defect happened at manufacturer. Happy to forward the email to prove it is legitimate. Hi Lauren!

The store can contact their sales rep for a replacement, but it must go through their channels since they have the proper records. We can only facilitate exchanges and refunds purchased directly from our website.

We have been shopping here for years and gotten wonderful service and knowledge from John and Wyatt until now. 2 days ago we went in to make our large monthly purchases as usual. When I arrived home I discovered that a product they sold me was unsealed and missing product. I reported this to Kat via phone. She reached back out to me today to let me know it was not tampered with at the store but that Brian the owner will not rectify the situation. I am stuck paying full price for an item that has been tampered with whether it was from manufacturer or not. We will be discontinuing our business with Innovated Vapors moving forward. Thank you to John and Wyatt for all of your expertise over the years. This has been the only issue like this that has ever happened in the time we have been shopping there.
Update: Brian, the below statements are not true. I did not demand someone get fired but they did in fact get fired after the owner before you reviewed the footage and admitted I did nothing wrong and there were witnesses. Yes I know it wasn't someone at the store who tampered with the product. I never thought it was. Either way you sold me an unsealed product missing items and are refusing to work with me when I paid full price for it. Happy to work with manufacturer but they cannot refund me your MSRP price you charged me and they told me to take it up with the store when I called them today. I also never yelled at anyone. As far as the other comment about my "bulk" order: I was told there was q box left and I did tell you more in 2 weeks. Some of your employees even verified I was told there was 1 box left.
Brian there is a reason your most knowledgeable employees are leaving. Plus you only want to promote pretty women into higher paying roles bc you think it attracts more customers. Knowledge does that.
As far as years of great service....now we both know that's quite the case do we? How many owners has the business been through? You just became it last year due to the last one being a wreck. Employees are not paid enough to make a living. Even ones who have been there long before you and stuck through all the BS are leaving now due to you in particular I hear. But sure Brian keep making crap up and putting your employees and customers down.
You guys also peddle 5 star reviews for discounts off and on. Buying a 4.7 star rating is not the same...
Read moreThe first time i tried this store I was told by a male employee they were closed, it was 8pm in the summertime! The second time was better, I made sure they would be open and I left with a beautiful pink replacement glass for my tank. The last visit to try out their juices didnt go well at all! The testers all needed new coils or the juice was old. I got a headache from trying burnt coils and I couldn't even taste the juice. It seems like a lot to keep up with and they weren't doing a good job. The girl that helped me started trying them to see if I was right and changed some coils. She was very nice, and helpful but I couldn't find anything I liked and when I did it was a premium juice for $35! I went to another shop across town afterwards and I met a customer who was upset after having a bad experience with innovated. She is having issues with her coils and thinks she's been getting ripped off with clone coils. Other customers start chiming in, they had bad experiences too! This store just didn't live up to my expectations. The store is busy, they knew their regular customers and the employees are helpful so I gave them 3 stars. They need improvement on Authentic products that work as they should. Testers need to be in good working condition . Store hours should be flexible especially during the summer and weekends. And last but not least the store's reputation for helping customers when sold a faulty product needs lots of work. We know expensive mods with issues will be covered by the manufacturer. But a new vaper doesn't know that and it should be explained in a nice calm manner. These policies could be placed on the receipt or explained when purchased. Issues with coils and other small items should be replaced or discounted to keep the customer happy and confident about their next purchase...
Read moreI have visited this shop a few times, but I quit getting juice from here because of a disgusting aftertaste. I have been a regular vapor for 3+ years, and I was NOT impressed with this shop on my last visit. The employees seemed fine at first, but then they wanted to get an attitude about giving me prices for different hardware. I just wanted to make sure that I was getting a good deal. It seemed like a huge inconvenience for them to help me. Needless to say, I will not be going back again.

If you are the manager then I can see why I was treated so badly by the other employee. Your response was not only unprofessional, it was offensive. It is my right to make my bad experience public so that other potential customers are warned before they spend money at that store. Speaking to you in person obviously wouldn't have done me any good, because your "new policy" prevents you from effectively pricing items for a potential sale. That is just sad. I don't like to make impulse buys on hardware. I research it. I price-check (local stores and online). I can't believe that a business would be so paranoid about other area shops that they would treat people like this. As for the e-juice...it is in the trash, and I won't waste my time bringing it back to you. You guys have lost my business, and I am happy to give it to those other shops that you seem to be so...
