Customer service at this store is sub par at best. The associates are rude - if you want true James Avery service, save yourself the time and go to the location in the mall located in Dillard's. The ladies in that location don't treat you as if you're a bother or as though you're wasting their time. Madyson gave me the BEST Customer Service!!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my toggle bracelet was clean, beautiful and literally as perfect as the day I bought it many years ago!! She is a specialist and gave my toggle bracelet extreme attention to detail!
