The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Lake Jackson

We followed the guidelines, and had a Thanksgiving with just the four of our immediate family. Ordered a Cajun seasoned turkey from Honeybaked. Thawed in the fridge for 3 days, and warmed it for 1.5 hours as directed. It was the worst turkey we have ever had. The Cajun seasoning was just globed up on the outside of the turkey. It tasted old and didn't seem to be seasoned at all. The breast were dry even though I loosely covered it with foil as directed. We ate at it Thanksgiving day. I put half in the freezer which we will probably toss out. We were really looking forward to it being a great turkey dinner. Will never buy a turkey...

Came at 6pm, they close at 7pm. Everything we wanted to order was not available as they had already put it away for the night. Will not be back as we paid 75 for sliders, chips and a drink cost $4 more! Staff was clueless, not friendly and unwelcoming. Needless to say this will be our first and last time here. I’m not sure how they are even still open with these prices and the lack of menu items being available.

Someone called to ask about your frozen items and the employee had no clue and couldn’t answer customers questions. YIKES! I’d highly recommend...

Literally the worst place to eat in lake jackson service wise. Food is good but there’s a long wait, staff is terrible and can’t keep up with orders and every time I come here they repeatedly ask me what my order was. They offer to go orders but they wait to make it till you come in so you have to wait ten minutes at least once you get there, even when I order one sandwich with no drink or anything they make me wait ten minutes. Store is never busy or packed anyways so I can’t figure out what makes them...
