Kohl's — Local services in Lake Jackson

Terrible treatment of customers! They are down right hostile if you are there near closing time. I am still in shock. They pressured us for 20 minutes, lied and threatened the registers would automatically shut off at 9pm and stared at us in the changing room, while we remained polite, we checked out before 9pm with them dogging us, and then the manager yelled at us from across the store that if we went to the restroom she would call the police! The manager harassed us all the way out the doors. I cannot believe the hostility and this treatment we recieved. The cashier was kind though, he wasn't to blame, just those two ladies the manager and the other helping her. I just can't believe it. I will not be...

Went to get my husband his Anniversary gift we have been married 26 years at the end of August and what he wanted was a smokeless grill and I went to Kohl's to get it the people were so wonderful and so helpful I've been there twice in one week because there was a tragedy in the family and I had to go find something to wear to the funeral and these people that work there had so much compassion when I had little spurts of crying and they were just the most wonderful people and helpful I got him the power XL 😃❤️ that was the best thing about it is it...

Didn't have what I wanted. There were two women staff talking, but the one was constantly staring at me. (I'm white with burgundy hair cut like a conservative deathhawk, btw). I finally got sick of it and approached both, asked a question and proceeded to inform the googly-eyed starer I was from WA state and looking for a certain pair of Croft & Barrow pants.

She then said. "Oh" and lowered her eyes. I could only think of what that type of employee does to POC. Welcome to Texas, I guess. Glad I'm headed home...
