Hobby Lobby — Local services in Lake Jackson

This is such a beautiful store ... even the fake flowers are something to gracefully run your fingers along as you walk that particular aisle and that's saying something. There are so many different aisles ,I went my first time to get acrylic paint and I was so impressed with the choices ,went home happy and telling my family how many colors and mediums and everything there was to choose from...went back the second time and across from the paint part there is an art and paint part ...I hadn't even touched the iceberg but the tip !! I like the store. The framing manager leaves a lot to be desired though. Wouldn't frame my certificate with a frame I bought at that store without an extra charge because I didn't buy it at the time of framing. Then acted dense about a pin I wanted included. Now, I had another pin and certificate framed there by another woman without a problem. I had my receipt where I had purchased the frame there. When I told her to forget it. I would try to do it myself and I was going to notify corporate, she changed her tune. After the previous exchange, where she actually covered her name tag with a clipboard when I asked for it (she had went in the backroom), I wouldn't give my business to Hobby Lobby framing if it were the last place in...

Some of the employees were helpful. I asked 2 different ones where I could find a craft paper drawer cart thing I've seen there before. On first said they used to be out in the entry but said I should check home decor area, so that's what I did. I didn't see it there so I ask another lady if she knows where I can find it, she too also mentioned seeing it in the entry way. So I took my cart which had a couple of items I've picked up before seeking help. The lady at the return register rudely asked me if I was going to pay for that (stuff in my cart). Told her I will and the cart was not in the entry so I came back in to pay. Just thought it was extremely rude that could have been asked...
