She was rude and unprofessional when the lady that was helping us asked her for help to remove the links of the watch because she did not know how to do it. We had already paid for it and waited patiently for more than 15 minutes for the unhelpful, unkind manager because she simply did not want to help. She ignored us while she knew we were waiting, just because she was with other customers who had not paid for anything yet as we had already done. My husband asked for a refund because we were not leaving with a watch that our son was not going to be able to wear right away and this lady “the manager” stood up from her chair saying she was too busy helping other customers. Read moreI have only had this ring for a month and a half and one of the stones already fell out. I take the ring off to wash my hands and shower and to sleep, so the ring is treated with care. The extended protection plan I purchased of course does not cover this. Go figure. Also the saleswoman was very rude when I came to purchase the ring but I did not really care at the time because I was simply excited to get my ring. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
