Would give a zero star review if it was an option. Purchased a gift card in January from the Potomac Mills location and tried to use it today at Potomac Mills but neither of the 2 employees could figure out how to complete the purchase and swiped the gift card multiple times. They called another worker on the phone and speaking in very little English, continued to swipe the card and card kept as accepted but they could not complete the transaction. We waited nearly a half hour before taking the gift card back and leaving without the Cinnabons. Do better with hiring employees and training them.
I assume they wasted the full amount of the gift card by swiping it over 6 times and never completing the transaction. Horrible customer services. Can't even ring up and know how to use a gift card that was purchased at...

I suffer from severe pollen allergies and simply needed a few tissues, but the staff member—an Asian gentleman—responded rudely when I took some without making a purchase. I understand store policies, but there’s a respectful way to communicate with customers. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to treat people kindly—especially in a customer-facing role. His attitude was unwelcoming and frankly unnecessary.
