I found this place by accident but I’m so glad I did! Great customer service. Jesus was the employee who helped me out. The place has a clean layout. I even applied to their yearly membership and got the buy 2 games, get the 3rd free discount (Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, King Kong for the PS2). I mentioned bringing in my broken PS3, he gave me a quote. I also asked about bringing in a GameCube game to sell and he gave me an estimate on how much I would get for it. The vibe overall was chill and friendly. Shoutout to Jesus! Definitely coming back for all my gaming needs.

Short version: dropped off two consoles to be repaired and they never returned them Long version: Dropped off a PlayStation 1 and 2 to be repaired they sent it out to their third party repair shop after a week they said they actually don't repair PlayStation 1s but they would still try since they already had it. 4 months after the fact had diagnosed the issue said they were working on getting it fixed but it would take a while for parts. 2 months later I requested to just have the console sent back so I could pick it up. It's been a year now I don't think I'm getting either console back and there's been no communication...
