Joe and Bob at Royal Home Entertainment were able to magically transform my āratās nestā of dozens of non-terminated and unlabeled cat5 cables into a seamless multi-room wifi system controlling four rooms and two 5.1 surround theater areas, using different TVs (one TCL Roku and one Sharp) across a mesh network. It took two days of hard work but Bob was incredibly patient throughout the process, tenacious, answered all my questions, worked closely with the Denom support team, and spent extra time and effort (at no cost) making it all look cosmetically nice by adding new wall plates and organizing the mess of cables. I like him myself. I wish more people would know about him and walk in the door, if he doesn't yet have it he will still try to get it for you. I also know that he will try to have you're equipment fixed I've seen a technician working for him. If anyone can do the magic if it can be done Joe will do his best. We need more people like him and personally I'm very proud of him and I respect him very much he's been in business for decades....
