Crave Cookies - Lake View East — Restaurant in Lake View Township

I’m obsessed with this place! I randomly came in with my mom after receiving a coupon for a free dirty soda, was shopping in the neighborhood and thought “why not? Let’s give it a try.” It was my first time there and I am so beyond happy I stopped by. I’m bummed I didn’t get the names of these two lovely, friendly workers at the Lakeview East location because they were great! The young lady was absolutely amazing! She explained to me what a dirty soda was, how I could create my own, showed me all of the options I had, helped me step by step to create one, and to my surprise I was shocked how obsessed with the drink I was! It was deliiiiiiiiicious! The young gentleman was so kind! He was giving my mom samples of cookies while I made my dirty soda, he knew everything about the cookies and packed the 4 that I picked to try. God bless them they were there since early morning making tons of batches of new, fresh cookies! When I got home I tried a little piece of each one I bought and Omgosh they literally were falling apart they were so soft and buttery and scrumptious. Definitely on the sweet side which I’m not huge on but had to try it at least once. A great addition to the neighborhood. I really like Crave Cookie! I think their cookies being so fresh and made to order really brings out the flavor of each of them. They are heavier cookies so you will probably need only one. I got the biscoododle (biscoff and snickerdoodle) the cookies and cream and the carmelita. These cookies are very rich so half a cookie was enough for me before I put the rest in the fridge.

The great thing about these cookies is that they are very easy to reheat and come with instructions on the box. They are best served warmed but I didn’t mind stealing a bite or two, fresh out the fridge.

Staff is so nice and kind! I met the owner and he made me this specialty drink called the Lakeview. Sprite, strawberry purre and coconut milk. So good, it tasted like a creamy Shirley temple!

Overall, I will be back. I wish they had more non- chocolate options as I am not the biggest...

I visited this place on 7 Sep 2024 for the grand opening. They gave free cookies to all my children, one of my kids was on wheelchair the staff lady did not forget about him and gave him a cookie too, thank you guys for that. Now the cookies: very very good buttery goey cookies. They made the cookie version of viral Dubai Chocolate, I was like come on, this is silly, this can not be good, I was dead wrong, it was amazing. The other specialty cookie I tried was the croissant cookie, that is something very rich, two people can share it. And I made the closing their classic chocolate chip cookie, solid exterior, goey soft middle, perfectly baked!
