Tried to go in there to get a real address po box but the young guy just kept saying he was new and didn't want to ask others any questions and then it was no manager on duty and all the workers were going "we don't know" or "we're unsure" and didn't even try to call the owner or a manager in charge when it's a situation that's very resolvable. Then the young guy threw away the information that I had asked for because I didn't want my information thrown into the shredder container after I asked him 3 times if I could have it. Need to train the employees better and they need to fix their attitudes. Not happy just trying to get an address so I can register my car and get other things done. Being without an address is very hard when you are trying to update things in life and for them to have poor service and attitudes and not trying to help or resolve the issues is very upsetting and makes the business lose business. The young guy needs alot more training and the young girls needs updated training. Also ask for the id first before getting to end of paperwork filling out and asking for it. Maybe they don't have it on them and have to go get it so it's a waste of time to fill out paperwork or even print out paperwork when you ask for an id last. Id should be first thing if trying to fill out certain documents. Read moreAfter getting more than an hour's worth of automated run-around with both the 888 and 800 "customer service" numbers (which supplied that "the item is in transit," the same thing I was being told online), James at the Lake Zurich UPS store TALKED with me, investigated my tracking number, discovered that damage, but also a re-processing order, were being reported, and did some more behind the scenes sleuthing which ended, FINALLY, with a resolution. I will have to contact the sender and probably re-order the item, but at least I KNOW what to do now, THANKS TO JAMES going above and beyond. My complaint is when another customer gave me her box to use instead of me purchasing their $10 box he lost his marbles. Huffing and puffing about how he looses money from Amazon returns if we don’t purchase their boxes etc…first of all I would go get a free box from home never spend $10 on a box.
