Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Zurich

I wish I could give less than one star. I was so tired and hungry at the end of a long shift, all I wanted was some quick food.... turns out the teenage staff had other plans for me. The only one working was the shift manager, his friends and fellow co workers were all outside smoking or on a break (I counted 3 on the food line, only 1 really working. Another 1 in the lobby eating, 1 just finishing his shift and was taking home food on his way out, obviously didn’t have to wait for food. 1 outside smoking). I usually do drive thru but when I saw the 4 cars in line, I went inside (my second mistake). The image I am posting is me getting back in my car after 15min not even getting my food!!! I hadn't been here in a bit, but I love the remodel/ new look inside. Very unique and nice. My order was correct and came out quickly and hot. The utensils, sauces, straws and lids are all neatly laid out. They add a nice touch with mini mints for after your meal...or whenever you'd like to eat them. Everyone was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that it's pretty chilly in there. I was working on some things for work and I was pretty chilled, even with my coat on. The Lake Zurich Taco Bell provided excellent service to the five of us. We ordered on the app, which is easy to use. Took the food out to a table in the shade under a yes tree. Everything was great - generously made, well put together with food evenly distributed on the tacos and bean burritos. The nachos bellgrande also had the toppings evenly distributed, so we didn't run out of toppings before we ran out of chips.
