So this is actually a bit out of date, because I could've sworn I already posted the review for this location... But there's a Manager here named Stephanie and she was an absolute delight to be around as a customer. Not only did she make sure everyone that walked in was aware of health policies at the register, but she 'actually' enforced them everytime people came up to get new stuff and it was just downright refreshing to see. Honestly I'm sad to see all the other reviews complaining on everything I've complimented, so I can only assume these were times or days that Stephanie wasn't working perhaps. Because she was on A-game the entire time. (Granted, this was about a month ago, things 'could' have changed since then.)
The food was always filled on the buffet even after people would take like a whole tray or two, only 5 minutes or so would go by before something else was replacing the empty spot. None of it seemed dried out or sitting for hours on end, it was as fresh as can be for a buffet place really.
But ultimately the enjoyable experience here was definitely because of the amazing customer service and the generally upbeat/happy personality of the staff (mainly Stephanie, who I really hope I'm spelling the name correctly of.) For any business owners, this is absolutely the type of worker you want to keep around and make sure stays happy and loyal to the workplace. Read moreWent to Cicis Pizza to celebrate my nephew's birthday and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and then we met Eric! I have worked in customer service for over 3 decades and that is always the make or break for me. Eric was fantastic! We had a large chaotic group of 12 but he was so calm and patient while checking us in. While selecting from the buffet he was super attentive to the line making sure food quality and freshness were not compromised as well as maintaining a clean line. In the midst of that he also checked in with each adult to make sure we were good...that is great service! We even had a liquid spill and he was prompt with getting staff to get everything cleaned up and when that was done he checked in to make sure we were good and cleared our table all with a smile on his face! That is above and beyond and that is the key to customer service...attention to detail and anticipating your guests needs! Well done! I went with my children and mother after church and he screamed at us from across the counter as we were walking off, because he heard me tell my family some people should find a new job if they aren’t happy. He then proceeded to follow me questioning and yelling at me. Then told me because he didn’t like what came out my face he can have me leave just because he wants to. Then I offered to leave and was charged twice. I was then told I will not receive a refund! I will never eat at another Cici’s EVER!
