She never signed me up or informed me that I needed to enroll in order to receive the free monthly earrings. The lady who pierced my ears today was so helpful and kind. She made sure I was comfortable before piercing my ears. After I was finished she made sure I was satisfied and was very thorough in explaining how to care for my piercings. I forgot her name,but I went on 12/14 around 1/2 ish at the Lakewood Mall.
