Customer Service is complete BULLSHIT. FYI you have ONLY 10 days to exchange clothes. In short story I have a LARGE amount of things that needs to be exchanged from Christmas gifts, however I couldn't return them until I got back from another state. Thinking because of my situation and being only 3 days after the 10 day policy also taking into account that I was a regular customer that they would consider at least exchanging my things. The VERY RUDE lady gave me a lame explanation and shooed me away. If the manager is reading this, know you lost a VERY good customer and know you NEED to extend your TERRIBLE exchange policy. Never coming here again.

A very PISSED...

Horrible place. I bought a jacket from them within their 10 day return policy and tried to return it because it was a bad quality jacket and was tearing at the seams after an hour. I had already taken the tag off but they could look it up on the computer for how many days it was bought but the lady didn't even want to try to help. She was saying there was nothing she could do at all. As if there aren't things in the store that lose tags. I think that's completely false that she said she couldn't help me. I wasn't even trying to get a refund, I just wanted to exchange for the same jacket. Horrible...

Place is adorable and so many fashionable selections at such a great price can't pass it up. The staff isn't very helpful but you really do not need that much help because everything is absolutely adorable and so are the accessories along with a few cheap make up items that are extremely affordable not the best quality but very good...
