I ordered shoes Saturday here it is Wednesday they are out of Ontario, CA literally a hour a way, that's insane. I decided to call the store to ask about my order only to have the worker snarkly tell me it's better to order them out of the store, after being polite she decided to say something's in life you just have to wait for, that's when I hit her with the sometimes you gotta get a better job too, then she tells me u mad huh? I said nope just speaking truth same as you lol. Is this the kind of customer service you teach your employees? This company seems incompetent. I've now called three times and no answering cuz she's afraid she'll probably get reported. I would drive down there if I didn't wanna waste the gas. Customer respect does a lot for a company and their brand, between the service and the disrespectful employees, I feel like cancelling my purchase and getting refunded. I don't pay to be disrespected and I definitely ain't waiting days for my health here. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS SHELL CORPORATION...

If sheās a cashier why is she running around back and forth getting shoes for them. To make things worse a customer walked in showed the same girl cashier his phone without waiting. The 3 guy associates didnāt acknowledge me or asked me anything. They ran to help him and ran to get his order. I was so upset I told the girl cashier that it was rude to have me waiting for 10 minutes and not ask me anything. She seemed bothered that I stated that. She tried talking back and I said hey thereās a line and Iām in it. But this older gentleman showed them his phone without being in line and got taken care of. Avoid this slow moving store and take your business to Shoe Palace...
