NOT RECOMMENDED: At first they were great. But there was a few times where their work was terrible. My husband has gone here regularly for about 2 to 3 years now and just about every time he had every piece sent to get fixed got horribly fixed. Causing him to have to go back and get it corrected.He had a jewel fixed on a ring and a charm and both fell off with in a few weeks. Now recently he went to get some things cleaned and one of those things was my ring which came back pretty much the same. I've never had a bad experience with them yeah and might be a little bit pricey but it's not at all especially he works with you especially if you're a regular customer he always likes to help or see what he can do I've ordered multiple multiple name plates earrings bracelets and never had a problem except for one chain but other than that I rate him very highly now if you don't know him get to know him because he's a very understandable respectful guy and he loves to help whatever way he can and it makes him money and I'm about to pick up a necklace today again which I paid all gold and all nice so I'll...

Great place to go for jewelry purchases and repairs done in a timely manner, reasonable prices, good quality and Great Customer Service the owners are very nice and take their time in assisting you! Got a bracelet repaired for less $$$ than I expected; I am very happy to have the bracelet my deceased mother gave to me years ago back it has sentimental value to me and I hadn’t been able to wear it because I couldn’t find anyone who could repair it! 😔 So happy they’re re-opened for business!
