So here's an update on my last review. So I take off from work just so they can come and bring me this piece that was chipped and stripped, and 1 of those flat white pieces to go across so it can fit into it. We'll guess what they came with 2 flat white pieces and NO leg piece...SMH so the delivery man calls in and a lady name Brenda answered, and they were speaking back and forth in Spanish. I hear the delivery man trying to explain exactly what I need for him to do his job CORRECTLY, but she's on the other end, not trying to hear him and kept trying to tell him what he needs. Then, all of a sudden, Brenda started speaking in English and said to him, "Are you listening to what I'm saying? You're not listening!" That's when the delivery guy said," I am listening, I'm trying to explain what she needs." Then Brenda said "Your not listening, " and that's when I had enough. I took over the conversation from there cause Brenda was being VERY RUDE to the delivery man who was ONLY trying to do his job RIGHT. BRENDA NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS AND SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK/TREAT HER FELLOW EMPLOYEES BETTER! HER TONE AND HOW SHE TREATED HIM WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Like I said in the last post, I paid over $1500, and this is unacceptable. So now I have lost a day of pay from work, AND I have to take off...
Read moreHad to get some furniture quickly recently and chose Walker for some pieces, but I misunderstood and thought that they were closing their warehouse and pick up Center at 8:00 p.m. but when I looked at the paperwork it said 6:00 p.m.
Oh no! It was already like 5:45 and I was across town and so I called nobody answered and figured I'd just drive there and hope that somebody was there still. All the while knowing that the odds of that were very low.
I arrived about 6:10 and the nice people who were hoping to have closed up shop already, handled my pickup with ease and got me out of there by 6:30 or so and I even saw a bunch of other things I went back and purchased later.
These fine folks will go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need even if it's right at closing time or beyond, they are absolutely...
Read moreIt was all going great frank set us up.. I got a couch set and dining room set then we went to the counter 🙄 I payed in full! For some reason all the ppl behind the counter had an attitude I know they absolutely hate their jobs shows in their customer service. The girl who ended up ringing us up set the delivery for the WRONG address even though we let them know more then once what was the correct address. I felt very uncomfortable and looked down on super unprofessional. If it wasn't for the ppl at the counter it would of been a great experience but doubt I'll be spending my money there again. Get better people pay them better so they don't take it out on good...
