This store is RACIST! If not racist, at least actively exhibits implicit, bigoted biases toward African Americans. I came to this particular store with the hopes of buying my mother a purse for her birthday. I came to the store with the expectation that since this is considered a "luxury retail" store, I would receive a warm welcome, proper assistance, and a relatively smooth check-out. This was not the case at all. I was greeted at the door by a greeter, and I proceed to explore the options that the store had. I perused several bags and found a few that piqued my interest. I began searching around for an employee to assist, but no one came to aid me. At this point, I'm approximately 5-10 minutes in and not one single employee approached me. Furthermore, I experienced 3 different employees walk by me, and didn't even acknowledge me, however, I witnessed 6 different sets of people receive assistance within 2 MINUTES of being in the store. Obviously, I'm being ignored because I'm African American and all the other customers were either European American, Asian American, or of other ethnicities that were not African American. After 15 minutes of complete disbelief, I decided to leave the store, and upon my departure, the same greeter said, "Thank you! Come again!" I expressed to her that I would like to speak with a manager." She left and then returned with a manager a few moments later. I explained to her the situation and she simply stated that they were sorry and would "look into it." I told her not to bother because they not only lost my business for today, but they lost any future business that I would give them, and I will be telling everyone I know that this store is racist! I left and never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBad experience, the manager named Tina was very rude, apart from the fact that she believed herself a lot because she was the manager but she did not know how to have control when talking to a disabled person. Mrs. Tina said that she was going to call security, why? . because she didn't know the policy for people with disabilities and she gave the worst example of her in front of everyone doing a show. She left the store very poorly represented, she had to leave Mrs. Tina's assistant to solve the situation. because she couldn't. Not only that, but she made a comment that disabled people only have a wheelchair, which was very ignorant of her and descriptive of her. Horrible experience the truth and it all started because they did not let a person with a situation into the store. They should give her a training so that she does not happen again. And that she is clear about the policies apart from not laughing at any situation. It is incredible that a store like this has people with zero empathy. I hope they see the email and respond so that the regional manager or corporation can see this. Mrs. Tina is not an example for her employees. At that time, her employees showed more respect towards the clients than...
