I call the store at Las Vegas several times we discussed the subject. They did not call back to me with an answer and every time I call and ask to talk with the manager the Secretariat tell me one of the managers will call you later but nobody calls and takes responsibility. I order Furniture from Sergio. I received a coffee table with scratches, a dining table that I did not order with 4 chairs, one of the chairs was torn. I came to the store to explain the situation after I tried to call to the store several times to speak with one of the managers or Sergio but none of them answered or came back to me, when I came I showed the pictures of the furniture and they want me to send it to them, I did it. After 4 days I arrived again and explained that the sofa is also starting to tear and that it makes no sense that I received the furniture two weeks ago and everything is torn with scratches and the quality of the furniture like this, they ask again for pictures of the sofa and I send them, they explained to me that they will replace everything for new furniture and the sofa will be repaired and I said that i does not want this sofa because it is new and it's not supposed to be like this. I was promised by Gustavo that I would get a new coffee table and get the dining table that was supposed to come with new chairs and the sofa would be sent for repair. Gustavo explained that the furniture would arrive on Saturday, 7/15/17 but he did not send it, the furniture didnt arrive to me. Afterwards, I received a call from Ramon, Gustavo's father who spoke to me rudely and said he would send the new sofa to fix it so I said that I don't want to fix it, it's a new sofa, I just bought it, I want a new sofa it's not supposed to be like this after 2 weeks and I want a new one and he said that It is not possible so I said that I want to make a refund and get my money back. Ramon say that I sign on contract that there are no refunds and they take responsibility for the furniture for only 30 days from the day of purchase, I explained that 30 days didn't passed yet and the furniture are damaged and he need to replace them. He said that I will receive the furniture on Saturday and in practice I did not receive them. I am in a state of helplessness. Right now i have a torn sofa, a coffee table with scratches, a wrong dining table that I did not order with a torn chair. I ordered all the furniture for my home from your company and I am very disappointed with the service and the quality of the furniture. Every time I call and ask to talk to Gustavo or Ramon the Secretariat explain that they will call me back but they don't call and it's feel like they don't care about...

Make a bunch a promises then when he gets to the window can not make good on any of them. Was told i had to wait a week for the new mattresses to come from the warehouse. We waited i called confirmed my cali king mattresses would arrive July 4 between 2 and 4. Mattresses arrived after 6:00pm guy was delivering by him self. He spoke limited English. He put the mattresses on my patio because we had plans. We went to set up the mattresses they were the wrong size. They were Eastern King and does not fit in our bed frame. My husband has stage 5 kidney disease on dialysis 3 days a week. Waiting for a transplant. We had no where to sleep. Old mattresses had been hauled away and no space in bedroom or living room to put these mateesses other than my bed frame so mattresses had to stay on the patio and we had to sleep on the floor as we have a sectional u really canāt sleep on. When we called we was given excuses and the run around. Needless to say we 3 days passed when we were supposed to have our mattresses. Stopped by the store cowardly Todd would not speak, store manager for the 3rd day has called off work, we had to stop by because they would not take our call. Literally called 10 times. Called using a google voice number they picked right up. I paid for mattresses and no one will help us so tonight I have to pay for hotel because we can not sleep on the floor one more day. I like my space and he left me alone until I had a question. šš» I was grateful he was not pushy because those sales people are annoying. I needed to check out a few other places before my purchase. I left with his card. I ultimately returned the following week. Alex agreed to the same terms offered the week before. I understand there are supply chain issues so Iāll be patient for delivery. I had supply chain issues in my own business since the pandemic so I āget it.ā Once the furniture arrives Iāll update this post with furniture quality, delivery and set up. Iāll add pics of the furniture as well. Iād recommend Alex if you are going to check this place out.
UPDATE: 11/24/2020 I received a call last week thst my furniture would arrive on Friday. I scheduled delivery for yesterday (mon 11/23). The delivery drivers were very late. I called and was told they were behind and given an estimate for arrival. Guys arrived and were friendly. Quick. They wore masks without me having to ask. Sectional looks great. Itās comfortable. From purchase to delivery was right at 4wks which was within the 2-4wk timeframe I was told. I honestly expected it to take longer, since there have been supply chain issues because of the pandemic. Iām happy with my purchase and would recommend this business. Side note: my sectional did not come with brackets to attachĆ© pieces together. I knew this would be the case because I inspected the floor model and asked questions before purchase. Furniture connectors can be purchased at a hardware store or online.
