My wife and I recently purchased a new home and needed furniture for the entire house as we both moved out for the first time on our own. We looked all around town for the best furniture and price and weren’t to impressed until we walked into Walker furniture. I could not be more happy and satisfied with the experience. We furnished our entire home. We purchased couches, dining table, end table, coffee table, mattress, bed frame, dressers, nightstands, lamps, carpets, and even a huge tempered glass made lion photo to hang on the wall. We are extremely satisfied with everything we bought and got an amazing deal that we were able to finance over 48 months at 0 percent interest! Recently we had some issues with our couches that was our fault but luckily purchased the warranty and was able to get it corrected through the warranty with no trouble. The company went so above and beyond that not only did I hear from the manager of the service dept Angelica, but even her manager Michael who is higher up in the company reached out to check in on us to make sure we had a exceptional experience. That was a first for me. I’ve never had such a seamless process and then hear from someone so high up in the company just to ensure we are happy! Also this is not a family member or employee or friend who is giving a good review just because. I’ve never met any of these individuals in person and only have had the pleasure of working with them over the phone. I genuinely want to tell others of my experience and that they should shop at Walker furniture! I’m truly blown away by the quality of product and more importantly the customer experience I received. I could never shop anywhere else after this. Also shout out to Henry who is the technician who came to my house to help fix the couches I messed up. He was amazing as well! They came on a Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule as I work Monday through Friday! I can keep going on about how great Walker furniture is but all I can say is give them a shot, I promise you won’t be...
Read moreI must inform everyone of my extremely dissatisfactory experience with this furniture business. My recent visit left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the level of service and professionalism exhibited by your staff.
Firstly, the process was incredibly awkward and far from streamlined. After browsing your showroom, I selected a coffee table, only to discover it was not in stock. This led to an inconvenience of having to travel to another warehouse location in North Vegas, where I endured an additional 30-minute wait to finally receive the item from the loading dock.
Furthermore, the demeanor of the lady tasked with customer check-ins at the warehouse was utterly unacceptable. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but her behavior also suggested she may have been under the influence of drugs, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable conducting business with your establishment. When I sought an update on the status of my order, her response was dismissive and entirely unhelpful, stating that it was not her responsibility to provide such information.
Moreover, while exploring the warehouse, I noticed the exact same coffee table priced $100 higher than what I had just purchased it for. There was no indication of a markdown or sale, raising serious questions about the transparency and integrity of your pricing practices.
This experience has left me with a profound sense of disappointment and disillusionment, and I am compelled to share my concerns with others to prevent them from enduring similar frustrations. It is evident that your business lacks the principles of honesty, professionalism, and customer service that are essential for earning and maintaining customer trust.
Regrettably, I will not be making any further purchases from this establishment, and I sincerely hope that they take steps to address the issues highlighted to prevent other customers from having similar negative experiences...
Read moreMe and my husband arrived at Walker and Samantha greeted us and offered her help. After an hour search (tons of choices) we decided on a few items but were in need of just a couple more accessories that was impossible to find at other stores, and we were too tired to keep searching. So we ended up making a 2nd trip back the next day. Since Samantha helped us the first day, she was there again to help us. I mentioned to her that I remembered seeing an accessory that was a masked face with a gesture. She did not hesitate at all and knew where it was. Took us to it and pointed it out and we bought it. We needed only one more item and we asked Samantha to help us find it. She returned in 10 minutes with the perfect item. We bought that also. We were happy and on our way home when my husband realized he had lost his $500 Versace sunglasses somewhere in the store. We called Samantha (her cell # on her card stapled to the receipt) and she dropped whatever she was doing and ran to the back of the store where my husband thought he might of misplaced his sunglasses. She said I got them!! Now what Samantha did was not miraculous or a human defying feat. But we think that most sales persons would of said, "Ok, give me a few minutes and I will call you back." Samantha immediately dropped what she was doing and catered to my husbands panicky moment of fear that he lost his expensive sunglasses. Talk about customer service. My husband was in sales for 35 years and learned more then a few things. And one of those things is,,,What comes around, goes around. When you put the customer first, before your own needs, your going to be successful. If you ever go to Walker furniture, you would do yourself a HUGE favor and ask for Samantha to help you. We...
