I went to return a protein powder I didn’t like, only used it once. Troy was working, and his attitude was honestly frustrating. Right when I mentioned the return, he got super annoyed and said he “didn’t know how to do an exchange.” Told me to go to the Orem or Saratoga store instead, with this rude, passive-aggressive vibe.
Clearly, he just didn’t want to deal with it. His solution was for me to drive 30-40 minutes round trip to another store. Then he went on about how this location doesn’t have enough options and the other stores are better, like that’s my problem.
I’m not driving across town for a simple return he should’ve handled in a minute. This is just unprofessional and ridiculous.
After ignoring all his remarks I grabbed the protein I wanted, and the process took no more than a minute to make the exchange. I never write reviews but this was bad enough...
