Inconsistent everything in this location. Just hire one ADULT and pay them properly…. Instead of recruiting little kids who quit every week and I have to roll the dice every time I come in on whether my drink is made properly or if I’ll get decent service. I work all day and swig usually gets me in a good mood but there’s always a person just has to rub you the wrong way once in a while and it sucks that this is happening at the one next to my place and it basically just makes my day worse. I tip every time but obviously tips mean nothing so I don’t think I’m going to continue with this and just learn how to make my own dirty soda at home.
Edit:

Even though the person taking the orders today was an adult and doing her job, the little girl at the window had an attitude for no reason.
I politely asked her for napkins and her answer with a snarl on her face was “what?” .
Handed me napkins, I said thank you, then she rolled her eyes. Lmao, Unbelievable. Last time I actually come here. If this place loses business it’s definitely because of the service. For now Amazon dirty drink...
Read moreAs an out of towner who was excited to try the Swig craze, I have to say I was extremely upset and disappointed about how I was treated. We walked in wanting to ask some questions and see how we could order as our vehicle would not fit around the drive through. We were immediately yelled at for walking in and not having an online pickup order by a male teenager. We asked if we could order just in the store, since our vehicle wouldn’t fit, and while being in town for only a day, didn’t know about the app. He told us “well you can walk.” And then just glared at us. I just couldn’t believe how rude he was. We did end up swapping vehicles with the rest of our group, and making it though the drive through, where I asked who was on staff. It was either Quinton, Creed, or Jack who treated us with such disrespect, and I wish I knew exactly who it was. I hope that they can learn better manners, and learn to treat others with respect, especially when they really didn’t know how things work here. I will not be recommending Swig, and will...
Read moreI love smoothies and slushies, and every time I've tagged along to swig with friends or family I've picked up something along those lines, especially since I'm not a huge soda or cookie fan. Their smoothie and slushie selection is pretty small, though they do now have bubble teas, which I was excited about. So far, they've fallen flat on everything I've tried. The premium smoothies are not smoothies at all and more of juice blends, and they use syrups for a lot of the flavors, just like the shots they put in their sodas. Very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bubble tea flavors have been mediocre and their straws are not quite fat enough, so once the tapioca pearls aren't cool they won't fit through the straw, and given how fast their smoothies warm up since they are basically just juice you end up with half the things stuck at the bottom of your cup.
Bottom line: if you like sugar cookies and expensive soda mixes, this is your place. If you want a smoothie, bubble tea or slush, or even a decent juice...
