Customer service is horrible. And on top of the poor customer service they blamed the poor interaction on me rather than the GM that handled the situation quite poorly. The return policy is criminal. My husband was trying to be kind and bought me a dress in two different sizes intending to return one that doesn’t fit and they didn’t inform him of the policy. With such an outrageous policy they should at least be making sure Customers know the policy. In addition to that anyone with curves will have a hard time finding any clothes here to fit and so both sizes didn’t fit. now I waisted money and have a gift card to a store I don’t want to support. Return policy is HORRIBLE and incomplete. Your separation of online/in-store is not right. My wife and I spent over an hour shopping and finding something she wanted instead of a gift that was purchased for her. When we got to the counter to do the exchange, they said they couldn’t do it because the merchandise was bought online and would have to be shipped back to Provo and then reissued on the giftholders Card. What???? We couldn’t get in store credit or do a simple exchange?? I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel like it was necessary with how accommodating there customer service was for me. I ordered from there online shop and qualified for same day shipping. When I didn’t receive my order the day of they explained to me that they don’t do same day shipping on Saturday’s because there warehouse is closed. I needed the clothes for family pictures by a certain time on Monday and they emailed me back quickly and got my order to me before the time they promised me to have them.
