Kohl's — Local services in Lenox

Like a year ago, the Internet said they had WWE figures so I went to look. They only had 2 in stock when I went and they were older series so I figured I'd grab them. To my complete surprise they were priced $4 higher than actual brand new ones so I declined. A year later, they have the exact same figures sitting on the shelf with the exact same price on them. They're not getting any newer are they? In the meantime Walmart and Target sell out of their action figures in a day and Marshalls right nextdoor gets them in and sells them at a third of the retail price. Why does Kohl's mark everything up like we live in NYC or something? Just these action figures prove that they don't pay attention. I mean, if you have a product on your shelf for over a year and nobody's buying it, you might want to put it on clearance or something. If you think about it though, if Kohl's put things on clearance they would just be regular price. Won't shop there again. They make it completely obvious that they're ripping people off. Marshalls is literally right nextdoor and they have better stuff and it's price friendly. I'll check back in January and I bet those figures will...

I come from an area with multiple Kohl's locations. The store in Lenox is not like the ones I have shopped in other areas. The floors are bare concrete and not visually appealing. Merchandise is sparsely stocked in several departments. Women's plus size department was a huge disappointment. Hardly any merchandise except for active wear. Sleepwear is very sparse as well. This store just opened in November of this year. Hopefully, it will improve. If not, I won't be going there often or at all. Online shopping would make more sense if there are so few choices...

This is the first Kohl's store in the area so I can't compare it to other Kohl's. That being said I have heard it is significantly smaller than others.

The store is mostly clothing, because of that there is a large variety of clothing choices for men, women, and children. Beyond that they have a decent selection of housewares, appliances, and bedding. Most, but not all, items are a reasonable price.
