Store is cute well organized. 2 stars for the judgy looks I received when picking up and order. I work on the Southside in the 100s. I get off work and hit the gym. I ordered a gift and I needed to pick it up. So after gym rushed home took a shower threw clothes in rushed to rosemont. Made it around 6ish. The lady fixing purses by the door was VERY welcoming and sweet and guided me to the register to get my order.
When I got there to close out I saw another associate explaining how to take care of the bag, recommending getting a storage bag, and letting them know this was just a dust bag and why it doesn’t make for a good storage back because of its thickness and humidity…. The TWO associates that helped me didn’t explain any of that, didn’t offer any leather care products, didn’t ask if it was a gift or offer gift boxes. And honestly I just wanted to be in and out I felt awkward. I contacted coach customer service and they were disheartened to hear my experience and did say if I went back I should be able to get gift boxes. I told them I live an hour away from rosemont I wouldn’t have time to do the drive again.
Also upon taking the items out the bag I noticed the straps to the bag had a lot of wrinkles. I wish more care was taken when putting the order together and picking a bag that was flawless for the order. Hoping my mother likes her gift.
Shouldn’t judge people for what they wear to pick up an order. Life is hard enough as it is to have weird interactions at places you choose to spend your money. Read moreI can't understand why this store receives so many five-star reviews. Sure, the sales are decent, but don't get me started on the cashiers - their attitude is REALLY BAD. They're incompetent enough to finish basic tasks like entering shipping and billing addresses correctly. My order ended up with an incomplete shipping address and a wrong billing address! Somehow, the payment got through, but now I'm stuck with a shipment without a unit number.
I immediately notice the issue and point it out, their response was extremely ridiculous. They told me that the shipping address cannot be changed, leaving me to sort out the mess with UPS after they create the shipping label. Why should I have to deal with their screw-up? It's their responsibility to fix it, not mine! Naturally I requested them to cancel the order and create a new one. But guess what? There was only one item left, making it impossible for them to do so.
So I decided to take matters into my own hands and called UPS to sort out the address issue. But, surprise surprise, they informed me that they couldn't change the address due to "shipping restrictions." What a load of rubbish!
Now, UPS claims they attempted delivery, but apparently, they missed me. What a joke! This entire experience has been nothing but a colossal waste of time and energy. I'm thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with this store's cashiers.

Read moreSo I referred to the Rosemont location from the Aurora store trying to tract down a pair of shoes in a size I needed. Lizette picked up the phone and was soooooooo helpful. She displayed patience and she used her listening skills to the max! She found the shoes that I needed and she ensured me that she would put them on hold for me for 48 hours. She also located the matching belt as well.
When I got there I was amazing surprised how busy this location was and was overwhelmed on how Lizette still displayed amazing customer service. So before I went to check out I looked around to see if I saw anything else and I have to say all of your Brand Ambassordors are great! They are helping people, they are giving people that waiting to be help eye contact to inform them they will be with them in a second. This store gets it!
I finally meet Lizette and I find out she was a cashier and she was still helping me find other shoes. Truly amazing!!! A little later I’m finally ready to check out and I get Brian. Brian is friendly and patient. I soon realized that I misplaced a gift and I look at the line and almost passed out 😊. Brian instantly calms me down and says that’s ok let’s go get it. I was astonished. He actually walked me to the passports and back to the register I’m talking first class service!!
