I did had better hopes as in terms of customer service with the reviews. So for an online pick-up order that was ready before its expected date, I was impressed and excited to be able to just pick up my item. I came in and saw two associates. It was unclear if they were servicing the 2 other possible customers or doing tasks. I was not acknowledge so tried to inform one of the associates I was there for a pick-up order. I had a customer inform me prior to the worker " They'll be with you in a bit". The worker then rudely without looking at me stated " We're busy, you have to wait." Went back to the customer and serviced him with a smile and apologies for the interruption. So I looked around as I waited as I had wanted to possibly buy another item since I was there. The worker never introduced herself but just called over and asked if I had my ID and email for the pick-up order. At this point with those brief interactions I no longer wanted anything else from this store. Brief pick-up process, check ID, checked email, confirmed right item. I did not even bother to inspect my item until I was home. I truly understand customer service can be hard after a long day. I also would have valued an acknowledgment, an introduction of their name as they had done to the other customer, and or even a good bye after our interaction. All of which I had initiated and was seen done to the other customers. At least for me it was clear that the in store experience will vastly differ from your pick-up experience. So come in with a great deal of patience, or choose another location for those needs.

I paid in full over $500.00 so when I left I contacted Helzberg customer service, so lm not impressed with them after this and having the receipt and warranty mailed to me is not the best interaction I could have had.
