See you @ 2:22-5:55 for #Big10Tuesdays featuring dollar Caipirinhas 🤯 (limit 2)
Monica is the most hospitable hostess I have seen in my near 1,000 reviews!
Nick appeared to be a front of house supervisor supporting the host team & was a huge help in understanding how the house works together.
Mitch is an outstanding bartender but truly excels at promoting the rewards program!
5th: Made it on the 2pm buzzer just in time to be surprised by the Brunch option on the weekend & W0W what a superb experience yet again!
Greek yogurt, juices, wonderful waffles & and outrageous omelet option... I was so stunned by it i couldnt help but ask Remy to make one last one in overtime & he gladly obliged. ... truly an above & beyond courtsey, especially since he was beginning to train a new member AND closing down the Brunch bar. ... thank you so much 🙏
4th: Shelton is a superb food runner & so kindly asked to take an action photo of him serving ... which I gladly obliged!
3rd Visit: Megan was amazing & the Golden Hour Caipirinha was absolutely astounding!
2nd Visit: Full Churrasco Experience
Special thanks to Caesar for being such an exceptional server! David for being so considerate bringing Torresmo w/ honey & lime, Nathaniel & Irvin for taking such superb measures to ensure the most exceptional experience!!
Everything was absolutely divine & I am so grateful for the whole staff giving me such great attention 🙏
The tables are perfectly spaced to endorse a neighborly vibe while also allowing for an intimate environment, grazi!
1st Visit: Such a memorable experience that I am nearly a month late writing this review & my Market Bar lunch there still stands out as my favorite dining experience to date!!
Made superbly splendid by Nate the Great, Nathaniel Armstrong serviced a customer experience for the history books!
The Market Bar was so well stocked throughout the entirety of lunch that you can look forward to full satiation & variety everytime you visit because there was so much offered.
Iza showed an incredible ability to juggle the bar area & some dining tables with an additional challenge of a family with a somewhat upset baby... which was charming considering the flawless ambiance.
I am so very looking forward to evaluating the full Churrasco experience!
Thank you so much for all the hard work you've evidently put into such a...
Read moreI’m writing this not out of anger, but out of genuine concern and disappointment after what should have been a beautiful family evening with her extended family visiting from out of states. My wife is 8.5 months pregnant, and we have three small toddlers. Given her condition and the kids, we decided to valet for convenience and ease.
Earlier that morning, our car had shown signs of battery trouble, so we brought a self-battery charger with us — just to be safe. We were looking forward to a relaxing dinner and were so pleased with the experience inside. The staff were kind, our server was wonderful, and the dinner itself was truly lovely.
But everything changed once we left.
As we drove off, the car began to fail again just before reaching the highway. I pulled over and went to use the charger — only to realize it was missing. The case was there, but the charger was gone. My wife, in her very pregnant state and already anxious, was on the phone with the restaurant while we scrambled to get help. Thankfully, her family was still nearby and came to our rescue. But had we made it to the highway, we could have been completely stranded with our children — in danger, and with no help around.
We reached out to the restaurant, and while the hostess was polite, all she could do was leave a message for the general manager. No follow-up. No resolution.
We’re not upset about the charger — that can be replaced. But the trust and peace of mind we expected when handing over our keys cannot. We shouldn’t have to choose between bringing a battery charger into the restaurant or risking it disappearing while the valet has our car.
This experience could have gone very differently, and we’re grateful it didn’t. But no family — especially one with small children and a pregnant mother — should be put in a situation like this. Please, if you’re considering valet, think carefully. We never expected this, and we hope no one else has to go...
Read moreEdit 2 days later: Received a call from Nathaniel who made absolutely nothing right and the customer service I just received over the phone was as big of a joke as what I experienced in the restaurant.
Unfortunately the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Fogo.
We came today because it was free for kids if you bought a full adult churrasco. I confirmed this with the waitress just in case and she told me it was half off only despite what it says on their own website. When the manager came to our table I showed him the deal on the site and he apologized and said we were right and that the waitress was training.
When we flipped our cards over we kept getting offered the same piece of meat for a while. Then one of them dropped a piece of meat on my new dress and didn’t even apologize. They kept skipping over my 12yo even though her card was flipped green so we had to keep telling them what she wanted.
We were constantly waiting for drinks and sides and nothing was cohesive at all. Sides were getting cold while we waited for drinks, or drinks were getting watery while we waited for sides. It took about 3 different people each time asking us what we needed in order to get whatever we ordered the first time. Someone asked what we wanted for dessert at one point and we had to explain we had been waiting 20 minutes for clean plates to continue our dinner.
Then we waited 40+ minutes for a check. Our waiter was talking to someone else about tables as I sat in the middle of the room with my credit card out. I turned all our cards green and someone finally came over and I asked if he could please get us our check because we had been waiting 40 minutes. The couple across from us were dealing with the same issue and I overheard the woman say they needed their check right now or else they were going to be late for their next plans.
This might be the first time in 15 years or so I didn’t tip someone, but this was an absolute...
