Sports complex. Driving directions: From the West (Rockford) I-90 E towards Chicago, then take the I-190W / I-294 S toward O’Hare/Indiana. From there merge onto I-294 S and exit at IL-19 W/W Irving Park Road. Turn right at US-12 W/US-45 N/ Mannheim Rd. Take a slight right onto Balmoral Ave and turn left at Pearl Street.

From the South (Bolingbrook) Take I-55 N to exit 277A and merge onto I-294 N toward Wisconsin. Take the Balmoral exit and keep left to continue to Balmoral Ave. Turn left onto Balmoral Ave., then turn right at Pearl Street.

From the North (Milwaukee) Take I-43 S/I-94 E toward Chicago, take a slight right at I-294 S toward Indiana/O’Hare. From there exit IL-19 W/W Irving Park Road. Turn right at US-12 W/US-45 N/Mannheim Rd then take a slight right at Balmoral Ave and turn left onto Pearl Street.

Here for a volleyball tournament. Prices are reasonable for tickets and food. Although there are signs saying no outside food or drink, they don't seem to enforce it. Friendly staff, and clean bathroom facilities. Only 2 issues, but for me they were big. 1st the dome is held up by being pressurized. I understand that can't be changed, but being in that pressure for 8 hours a day real puts a lot of strain in the head. (Like a long plane flight) 2nd Being next door to O'Hare airport means every 30 to 60 seconds it gets very loud ad a jumbo jet comes over the top of the dome for its landing. it's nice to be in a climate controlled dome - but that was the best part. the bleachers are SO FAR away from the players it's hard to tell who's even batting. and they are spread out so the family members of teams have to split up. a WATER is $5 at the concession stand, the most expensive thing on the menu - even more then a beer, insane! if you're prone to headaches, bring tylenol - a few of us got headaches from the air pressure or the lighting, not sure - just...
