Awesome place!! Cheap tickets and all seats are great since it's such a smaller ballpark. Vendor prices are pretty much the same as major ballparks, (pricey) with lots of variety foods. A slice of pizza is the size of the entire paper plate! Nachos are excellent & large soda comes with souvenir cup that has free refills.

There's a walkway all the way around the inside of the park and it's very wide, if you want to watch the game from the outfield area or wherever without feeling crowded by foot traffic passing thru. Great design & wish other ballparks had this much space.

Game was called due to bad storm this night, but they'll honor our tickets for another regular season game.

Parking is only $3 in the attached garage, but you'll spend an eternity trying to get out of the garage after the game. Word to the wise, BACK INTO YOUR PARKING SPOT!! It'll help you out a bit when trying to muscle your way into the long, impatient line of vehicles trying to get out of the garage. There may be other parking garages just south of the stadium because there were lots of folks continuously crossing the street after the game, apparently heading to either a shuttle or another garage.

It was hot dog night at this game & they handed out free hot dog costumes to everyone with a ticket. Their website encourages people to return to any other game here in their hot dog costume.

Try at least one game here, it's worth it. Plus you'll get to watch planes taking off from O'Hare every few minutes. Overall great time regardless of rainout. Looking forward to going back there. It's a...

This place was pretty cool for being so close to home. I got the all you can eat package for my dad and I. We loved the game and the staff that served us.

I only had one issue. That being a rather intoxicated subject sticking his tongue at my dad and making face at him just after he had helped him pick up this guy's phone. I told the gentleman to sit down, nothing more.

On my way to the restroom I told the staff member about the confrontation. He was the most polite and understandable employee ever. He confronted the group at which time they claimed I threatened to "shoot" them. That never happened, the employee told them that if it happened again it wouldn't be tolerated.

Long story short my dad and I left our nice outside seats to sit inside to ensure no more problems occurred. This is where the stadium loses a star. They knew the issue between our parties, but that group came inside and sat a few tables away from us. Now they didn't say anything, but the rest of the ballgame was pretty awkward.

I stilldo believe it is worth the money and time to go catch a game. Just was an unfortunate experience at the end...

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Been to plenty of Chicago Dogs games ever since their birth in 2018, and also enjoyed Rosemont's first winterfest here in late 2020. Most recent visit and review is for a Chicago Dogs playoff game on a Saturday night. Usually sit in the Wintrust Home Plate Club area, which are the first eight (8) or so rows along the home plate between Chicago Dogs dugout and the visiting team's dugout. These seats were considered exclusive with in-seat service. Tonight , sat in Section 109, Row 1, Seats 3 & 4. Photo here is standing above Sections 109, 110 or so. First experience in previous years, short-staffed, slow service. Not all rows were able to order from the wait staff. Present day, no in-seat service at all, unfortunately. Not sure if this service is absolutely cancelled, but if so, they should update their website. Guests in this area are better off grabbing drinks and concessions on their own. Besides all of this, Impact Field's concession services have greatly improved - quicker service and more options. Cleanliness all-around has...

The stadium itself was beautiful! I was there for the Amaze Lights Show. It was a little pricey but the lights were gorgeous. I get it, the electricity must cost a fortune to run but for a family of 4 it was a bit much. Also we couldn't find a good way to bring our stroller down to the main floor where the lights were without carrying our toddler and manually bringing the stroller up and down the stairs. We asked an employee working where an elevator or ramp was because we couldn't find them and they weren't sure either. Which isn't a HUGE deal with a baby but I'd certainly hope someone would figure it out in case a guest in a wheelchair needs an elevator or ramp to access the lights in the future. Also the parking garage was a bit chaotic once inside, so please be careful especially with little ones. Overall fun experience to get into the Christmas spirit!
