I’ve just noticed that the technician was the one who wrote this opinion from my phone without my authorization. “My iPhone X camera wasn’t working, luckily I found this place. The technician fixed the camera in 15 mins. It works really good, I my picture quality is really better. Defiantly recommend this place. 10/10 service.” In fact, i really had a very bad experience with this place cause I never request to change the camera, I just wanted to get fixed the camera glass, which only was dirty. He charged me 120 usd (100 for the camera which I’m pretty sure que never changed it, and 20 more because the glass he put before wasn’t fitting well and get broke as soon as I touch it, so he charge me more to change it for a “new” one and magically fitting well) just to clean the glass and put the same I had. I came back to complaint about that situation and he insist and assured that he change the whole camera, being that the problem wasn’t that. He refused to change the piece neither refund, behaving in a very rude and despot way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, the technician is a cheater...

Was at the mall and decided to give them a try to swap my battery since I needed that switched. Was not expensive to do the job, but when I went to pick up my phone he lets me know the screen is cracked (which when it was handed to them the screen was in tact and not broken) I let him know that this was not how my phone was handed to him and I would not ask for a battery and not the screen. Anyway, he did fix it since he may have realized that he did break it when trying to switch out the battery. So now he fixed his mistake, but my phone has not been working the same and I keep getting a warning that it’s not genuine apple parts and my screen keeps getting stuck. I’m unable to close the current app I’m on I have to shut/lock my phone and unlock several times to be able to close the screen. My keyboard is slow on commands as well. There’s a lag as I type, they also did not fix my husband’s phone properly either. I’m all for small business support, but not when you’re trying to rip me off. That is not how you treat...

NOT HAPPY with customer service. I took a phone there to get repaired. The technician told me it would take 30 minutes. Two hours later they were still not done. I was on a flight layover and was unable to stay for it to be “finished” the next day, so I took the phone with me. The technician said it would not turn on because the back was off of it. I wasn’t able to take it to another shop for a week and when I took it there they tested the phone and the motherboard was fried. I called the shop back and they are not willing to do anything for me. The technician said he disconnected the battery and that’s why it wouldn’t turn on. When I opened the phone at the next shop, the battery was not disconnected. When I called him on it, he said I did something to the phone so he wouldn’t come good for it. Laid in a briefcase because I couldn’t use it. The phone was one year old and worked perfect other than a cracked back screen. I’m out...
