The owner, Claire, was hired for a job in my home. She damaged my property and refused to pay for the loss. She was also told not to touch a box of very personal items— a box of my late son’s belongings, clearly labeled “do not unpack,” in red lettering across the top of the box. Claire opened the box anyway and handled his things! I also found out that Claire approached my young daughter, when I had left the room, and suggested to my daughter that we should re-home our large dogs! Claire has no respect for boundaries and she should not be trusted. She insulted me when I confronted her about these horrible violations and she refused to compensate me for the property she damaged! Claire is no “spiritual healer” or “guide.” Claire is a phony, a charlatan. Do not trust this woman. **UPDATE: Claire, the owner, sent me a message threatening to sue me for posting my honest review of her business, my accurate reporting of her business practices and my truthful account of my experience with her. This is one of my favorite rock shops that I’ve ever visited! I felt like the vibe in the store was really welcoming and relaxing. I spent nearly an hour there and easily could have stayed longer. They were friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions and let me touch/explore everything. I picked up a beautiful rose quarts “comfort goddess” figurine to use as a focal point during the birth of my baby in a few weeks, as well as a necklace that I picked the stone, holder, and cord for. I would give this shop 100 stars if I could. The ambiance of the shop was so welcoming and beautiful starting from when I walked in and saw the beautiful mural outside on the wall. Entering the building was super welcoming the energy was wonderful i had a very helpful associate and could have stayed in this beautiful store for hours. I definitely look forward to going back and spending more time in the shop. Beautiful gemstones beautiful jewelry beautiful energy. I recommend anyone who loves metaphysical stuff to check this shop out. You wont be disappointed with the prices either...
