I came in to get some keys made at 9 months pregnant, just 2 days shy of my due date. I was getting tired after less than a minute of standing in line with my mom, so she told me to go find somewhere to sit down and she would get the keys made. I walked around a little bit before someone asked me if he could help me find anything. I didn't catch his name but he was so kind. I sheepishly told him that I was actually just looking for a place to sit down. He said there might be somewhere to sit at the front of the store. I thanked him and as I walked off, I heard him radio to the front of the store, "Can you please get a chair ready for the woman coming to the front of the store now?" Then another employee, Monica, came and found me and led me to a chair I could use while I waited for my mom. She even offered to do any additional shopping I needed for me while I waited. A couple more employees passed by me and made friendly conversation and also expressed their willingness to help if I should need anything. I’d been on the road for 7 days when the bolt sheared off on the highway peg of my Harley Davidson. I needed a vice, a new stainless bolt, a drill and bit as well as a 5/16th tap in order to fix it. The staff was very helpful and sent me back to a work station in the back, another staff member helped me find the right , bit, tap and bolt. The district manager, Anthony Barron, happened to be in the store and worked on getting the broken bolt out of the part while we rounded up other parts. Before I could say “Boo” Anthony had the bolt out and we were ready to go. I purchased a few other items for the house we were staying at and checked off every item on the list. They rented me faulty equipment, they say they rent it three times a week, and no one's ever had a problem. But it didn't operate correctly and the screws holding it together were striped out from it being taken apart so many times. I almost got my arm ripped off because it was in so disrepair... When I took it back and explained what happened, the manager accused me of mishandling and destroying their equipment because of my inexperience, then tells me I will owe $400. I threw a fit, and left. Ace called me later to tell me they opened it up and fixed it, and they were keeping the deposit for cleaning of the equipment, I cleaned it before I brought it back too...
