I prayed and ask God to watch over my family as we traveled. Ended up with stuck rear breaks i called Napa in Lincoln nh and ordered breaks and a rotor. Problem still persisted. I need a caliper bracket and decided to call again and was told they didn't have the rear passenger bracket. That day we were heading back to Connecticut. As I jumped on the highway with frozen breaks Napa calls me back and says they can make the opposite side work told me me to come in and they will have it ready. I probably won't have made it home that day if I didn't receive a call back. They understood my problem and came up with a solution and they called me back.
