I wanted to leave a review because I felt that some of the other reviews I came across were a bit overly dramatic. This theater is a gem in a small town. Despite having low expectations based on those reviews, I had a wonderful time on a rainy weekend. I went to see the Taylor Swift movie, and you can conveniently purchase tickets online or at a kiosk upon arrival. While the seats don't fully recline, they are still quite soft and comfortable. The screen is large, and the sound quality is impressive. The popcorn is great. The theater was reasonably clean, with a clean floor & cup holders, etc. The chairs could use some maintenance, but it's important to consider that this is a small town facing staffing challenges just like many other places. What impressed me was that as soon as the credits began rolling, the staff promptly came in for trash collection and clean up. After reading the most recent reviews, it's clear that rather than address a customers review appropriately, you would rather flag customer reviews as false and not allow for the honest transmission of commerce and customer service we won't be spending money here. We will take the drive to a theater that is nicer. You can have the most minimal of offerings and still win me over on good customer service and an environment that is clean and cared about. Read moreGreat small town movie venue. The kiosk to get your tickets is easy to use. There's a counter where you show your tickets and they let you know which theatre has your movie and can buy some snacks, drinks, popcorn, etc.
