Just stopped in for the most pathetic service ice cream quality and nasty rude young women with straight hair. Working on Wed at 450 pm. My root beer float was melted. Warm soda. So I went up. Waited my turn. Asked for a refund. She said why. I said it's not cold and melty. She rolled her eyes at me. I was not rude but that activated my mouth. She would not refund. Walked away. Comes back. I say again I'd like a refund the quality is bad. She rolled her eyes at me said that's not a reason.
So I said. Ok the reading is the item is garbage
She acted shocked. I said I want my money back now
The young man came over want rude yet defended her behavior. I of course didn't allow it.

There are a few colorful outdoor tables where everyone sits grinning like kids on summer break — myself included. Being in New England, I naturally went for maple (because, obviously) and resisted the urge to ask if they had lobster ice cream… some things are better left separate.
My treat was delicious, the service was sweet, and honestly, happiness should always...
