We went to get three meals with shakes, one meal was correct and the shakes were fine but nothing else was right. No big deal at first. We called and mentioned it they offered to replace the food if we wanted to come back the same day or the near future and gave us a name to mention.
So we when back the next day for lunch. We went through the drive thru and let them know at the speaker we had meals that needed to be replaced and told them who told us to come back and do this.
They said no problem pull around to the window. We did. They wanted to see the recipt and we gave them the receipt. After a while and much confused questioning from anyone but a manager who seemed to think it was a better idea to play messenger with the teen workers who were really trying what seemed to be their best.
They remade the bare minimum of food and nearly exactly as messed up as it was before because the manager couldn't take the time to speak with us and the teens didn't have the confidence or training to ask the right questions or take the time to actually listen to the orders.
BTW the orders were simple. My order said a double patty burger with only chili, I wanted the rest of the burger too( pickles, onion, lettice, the works), my friend specifically asked for no onions on the hot dog but got plenty of onions. The third order wasn't wrong but it was pretty soggy but tasted fine from what I was told.
I get times are getting tougher and we need to be more patient with anyone helping us and I have no issues waiting and answering a couple questions for clarification but when there is no effort put in to clarify my order a place loses my business. Management doesn't seem to care about the quality of the product that is being sold.
To top everything when we were given our food after a long wait we were told that the manager said next time just get a refund for the order. No sorry for wasting your time or gas, felt like next time don't bother me with your nonsense.
It goes without saying if you have allergies or a specific diet you're going for don't eat here. Matter of fact if you care at all about what you're eating avoid this place as management seems to busy or...
Read moreIt's unfortunate I have to leave such a poor score. We LOVE Sonic. But THIS location on 27th in Lincoln has just steadily declined in their food and service. My husband used the app to place our order. We arrive about 10 minutes later. Then we WAIT and WAIT and WAIT, I kid you not, for ALMOST AN HOUR!!! THREE ORDERS. EASY ORDERS: three frankfurter combos, an extra chili cheese tot and cheddar poppers. That's it. Meanwhile cars are coming and going and we're STILL HERE. I finally just called a carhop over and asked her to check on our order. She comes back with an order about 5 minutes later. We ALMOST drove away, but it seemed like a light order. We check it: It's INCOMPLETE. My husband buzzes them and tells them we're missing TWO large tots. They bring them out in less than 3 minutes. SIGH. Needless to say: we are NOT coming to THIS Sonic again. We'll make the drive OUT OF OUR WAY, to the one on 84th and Holdrege - they ALWAYS SATISFY, in both food and service. I hope they get their act together. Nothing personal against the people working there. Management is RESPONSIBLE for making sure ALL is up to HIGH Standards. I hope they do BETTER. WE will never know because we'll NOT be coming back here. But, still, you want to wish people the best, especially in times like this: I want you...

Making fun of my daughter who is autistic. One of the employees that was sitting in the the dinning area with asked if she could help us...when she notice that we were unhappy. I told her what was going on she went to the kitchen and proceed to let them in the kitchen know what was going on. Now the whole time this was happening a manager was in the kitchen watching them do this. We were the only ones in the dinning area at this time. You could see that this girl was talking to them. As, we were sitting there trying to decide if we were going to stay or go one of the employees walk towards the glass doors and waved bye to us. WE WALKED OUT....I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SONIC AGAIN. IF THEY ARE GOING TO HIRE PEOPLE WILL FEEL DIFFERENTLY ABOUT CHILD WITH AUTISM....THEN THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS. LETS SPREAD THE NEWS ABOUT THIS SO NO OTHER CHILD HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT MY DAUGHTER DID. AS FOR THOSES EMPLOYEES INVOLVED. I AM CONTACTING A ATTORNEY FOR...
