At 9:00pm, I ordered a pickup order through the app. It was one of the offers which was the 14 piece chicken strip, 2 large fries and 5 biscuits. The app told me to just get to the location before 10:00 and I arrived at 9:30 (i came from greenwood). once i get there I tell them i have a pickup order and they tell me to pull to the window. after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, with NO other cars in the drive thru, we finally get our food. you would think if I ordered half an hour before i got there the food would actually be ready. i figured that since we had to wait so long they would have gotten everything in the order correct. unfortunately i was wrong. they forgot our large order of fries, one of our biscuits and our sauces. i literally sat in the drive thru and watched them repeatedly check the screens. how do you forget something in such a simple order??? not just that but when we realized they forgot some items we called the location (it was around 9:48). no answer. called about 5 times after that and still no answer. we would have turned around and tried to make it there in time but there was no way we were going to make it from where we were which was why we called. very disappointed. the food wasnt very fresh for the amount of time we had to wait either.
update: went here again and Was charged for a meal we didn't even order. Was told we couldn't do two separate tickets because they were short staffed, though there were four people there. The lady who cashed us out had her mask down and completely ignored us. She obviously had no clue what she was doing because she typed our order in wrong and asked us what drinks we got. Yet even after we answered she still managed to get it wrong. She went over to her coworkers and chatted about instead of handing out our food that was clearly sitting by the window. We were never greeted and when we got to the drive thru speaker we were told that they were out of chicken. Yet the incorrect order given to us had chicken. Asked for out receipt and the lady at the window told us she would get it and never did. We had to wait and ask one of her coworkers. After leaving we checked our bag and receipt and saw we were charged for a meal we did not order. A different worker helped out with the refund and this worker seemed to be better about it. The lady that took our initial order was still talking and her mask was still down. Our food was cold and stale. The biscuits were BLACK. This place needs to be shut down, it's absolutely terrible and I fear for the people who actually eat at this location.

Read moreWe usually go to this location when eating Popeyes. Never really had any issues. Staff may have forgotten honey or dipping sauce in the past, but nothing that would have ruined a meal. Tonight was a different story. When we arrived (around 6pm) to the drive-thru we were the only customers. We ordered our food (3 meals all chicken strips with sides) and were asked to pull around to the window. We pulled to the window, paid, and were given our drinks. We asked if we could get ranch, blackened ranch and honey with our food also. We were told yes, and asked if we could pull to the front into a parking stall and our food would be brought out to us when done. We waited about 10-15mins, before our food was brought out to us. We looked through our order before pulling off. Our order was missing a side (mashed potatoes no gravy) , ranch and honey. I went inside to get what we were missing. The staff was confused about what I needed. I even showed them what I had in the bag that they gave me and told them what I was missing. Finally one staff member told me they were out of mashed potatoes, but they could give me potatoes with gravy only (already had sides in containers). An customer came in with her order when I was leaving, she was complaining her chicken was not fully cooked and juices were oozing out of it. I kept walking and returning to my vehicle to go home. When arriving home and sitting down to eat the food was awful! The Red beans and rice wea burned, the chicken looked as if it could have been cooked longer, and the mashed potatoes (even with gravy) were very dry. The only good thing was the Biscuits with honey. Read moreI almost consider myself to be a regular customer only because Popeyes makes the best Spicy Chicken sandwiches. The only thing that could make it better would be more heat. (But that's only because I like to feel the burn.)
The reason I am giving this place 3 stars in all areas is because my experience at this location has been VERY hit and miss.
My last visit I wanted to try the Fish sandwich for the first time so I ordered that sandwich along with my Spicy Chicken sandwich. When I approached the window the girl at the window told me it would be a 7 minute wait because the fish had to cook. (Which is totally fine, I'm all about fresh food.)
Once I received my sandwiches about 10 minutes later I was eating in my car as I drove to my next destination. I got almost halfway through my fish sandwich and suddenly hit a frozen spot in the fish. It was then that I realized that the sandwich I was eating had been lukewarm. At this I ended up losing my appetite for the fish sandwich and threw the rest of it away.
I really hope that they didn't... but I think that they pulled the fish out of the fryer before it was supposed to be done. 😖
The Spicy Chicken sandwich was still good though. I guess I should stick with that.
Also as a side note, it's not uncommon at this location for them to park you instead of collecting your food at the window. And then the runner has to look for your car if the parking lot is busy. I hope they find a better solution to this because if you're in a hurry it can be a bit obnoxious.
But anyway... overall a 3. I know the fish experience would have be lower but there have been some good...
