Unfortunately, the sales rep registered me for a credit card without my permission. I was asked for my email to receive 20% off and upon paying was informed that I had now applied for Ann Taylor card. When I made her aware that I did not give her permission to do so, she stated "You'll be fine just cancel it later." As a customer, I was very disappointed in the response and lack of effort to cancel the card. Though the store is well organized, I would like to make others aware of being careful when providing information for "discounts" and unsolicited credit card accounts. The staff at the outlet at Tanger in McDonough are the best!! They actually care about what you need. They also help you find what looks good on you. They aren't just pushing items on you to make a sale. I have been in several times and each time they have been so accommodating. Once I was in a total rush and they grabbed what I needed and checked me out in a hurry. The next time I was in need of a dress for a specific event. Rude employees. I walked in to no greeting, but a bewildered look from a lady with twist/locs, a semi-fragile, very small, older woman, and another lady with a short hair cut. Not one of them spoke to me, but the first lady (twist/locs), immediately spoke to a young man that entered the store after I did.
