Attempted to move os and data from my HDD to my new m.2 SSD. When he did this he found that the ssd was corrupt. So he returned me my computer but left it in csm mode.(I didn't know this meant it wouldn't boot to my HDD) When I attempted to boot up my device I got nothing but a black screen and attempted to restart my device. After a couple failed attempts I called eleet to see when he had to say. Not once did he mention to me that it was in this mode, he just asked if plugged my HDMI into my motherboard(I'm not an idiot). I then took it back to eleet for him to tell me it was booting fine into the bios and he gave it back to me after telling me it was in csm mode and he disabled it. When I took it home it attempted to run windows repair. After 3 hours on a grey screen nothing happened so I press enter, to get a relaunch of my Mobo logo then a blue crash screen. I then take it back explaining this to him and he tells me that I probably corrupt my windows by restarting it in csm mode so many times....like why did you return it like that in the first place? If you couldnt fix my machine please return it in the state I brought it to you in. Are they trying to get me to buy more stuff from them?? I will not return except to complain. 0 stars. Thanks for ruining my hobby until I can get a new drive and install a fresh...

Lou is one of the smartest men I have ever met! I have brought several machines in for repair, and each one has come back to me in pristine condition, and much cleaner than when it was brought there. Each one of my machines was just as clean on the inside as it was the outside, courtesy of a wipedown which is one of many services eLeet seems to offer. Any computer question I threw his way, he was able to break it down, and explain it very simply and thoroughly so that I could understand. The amount of computer knowledge Lou has is purely amazing. He certainly seems to have mastered computers! Every time I brought one of my machines in for work to be done he has had some kind of diagnosis to me by the following day. This place is quick, and I know I can trust taking my computers here!!! Each one of the computers I have taken there hasn't had an issue since, and has been running faster than ever, so keep it up LOU!! Amazing job.

I needed a new hard drive with operating system installed on my Alienware 14. I had bought a Hard Drive already and tried to do it my self but could not get the operating system to transfer correctly. I took it in to eLeet and Scott greeted me and was extremely helpful. Some of the best customer Service I have ever had. Answered all my questions in detail and in a way I could understand. Went above and beyond by cleaning my laptop and installing Steam for me already. Scott is my new computer GURU!!! If anyone needs help with your computers take it here they will help you quickly and efficiently as well as at a reasonable price.
